BioI'm a short red-head, currently working as Technical Support in a large accounting software firm in the UK. It sucks - I am so sick of asking 'Is there anything else I can help you with?' in a cheery tone.
Believe me, if I wasn't getting this good a wage, I would have quit a while back.
Long term goals: win the lottery, persuade my honey that children aren't so bad and that just because he doesn't go gooey at other people's doesn't mean he wouldn't like some of his own. (NB this is a very long term goal because I'm not good at making people I love do things they don't want to.)
